Loved this hotel! Booking and check in was super easy and great price! Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as the rest of the facility including the pool area and gym. Location is also perfect, nice and quiet; away from traffic but close to many places to shop as well as restaurants. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area and we definitely look forward to staying again!

The place was clean, and spacious, but dated. The carpet was lifting up on the edges at the bathroom door. The wallpaper in the bathroom had been previously damaged. The hair dryer, while it worked, sounded like it was about to die. It was a reasonable place to stay. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

This hotel needs to be updated and the mgmt needs some customer service training. I checked in late at night and the front door would not open all the way, the person on duty stood there laughing at me with my hands full and never offered to help me get in the lobby door. The fee per dog is out of control for an outdated hotel that needs to be renovated. The breakfast was not set up and there was no coffee in the morning at 8 when we left. To be charged the fee per night plus the dog fee for a sub par hotel that needs to be cleaned/updated is a hard pass for me. Never again will I stay here.

The hotel was clean and quiet. There were a few issues with the room. The shower drained slowly (clog) and the hair dryer didn't work. We forgot a toothbrush and they were able to provide one which was nice. All workers were friendly and helpful.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room was a good size, it didnt feel cramped. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed and that was a bummer because that was part of the reason I chose this hotel over another one. I will call before any bookings for now on to make sure hot tub is in service.
