That was not disclosed at the time of reservation or check in. I didn't realize it until I got a parking ticket the first morning. Adding $10 a night for parking makes other properties more appealing.

Stayed only one night as we got into Phoenix late. Room was clean and had everything we needed. You can hear street traffic, FYI. Breakfast and coffee was provided with a pretty good spread. The later you arrive the less fresh things will be, but you can still find something to eat, which was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
