Not worth the money

Would not stay here again. Although the hotel was clean, the staff sucks. Check in process was horrible, one person working and he was taking multiple calls while there was a long line of guest already waiting to check in.

At 9pm they did not have a room ready for us. Get to room the ac broke couldn’t put us in another room gave us a box fan for the night. There was left over trash in our room from god knows what. Hair on bathroom floor and on beds.

Overbooked woes

I got there went to the front counter to check in and then I was informed that they were overbooked! I didn’t receive a cancellation email or nothing, drove 5 hours to there because of a competition that my daughter was having to find out I didn’t have a room to stay the night. Very disappointed

Disappointing Layover Stay

The name Crowne Plaza used to mean quality, professionalism, and safety. I was disappointed with my room. It had a gaping whole near the lock. And my key didnt work upon entry. I had to return to reservation desk to have the key recoded,which seem to be a problem for a few other guests too.

Terrible Stay.

The hotel has not been renovated in 45 years and so it is badly worn, stained and torn finishes. Only one of three elevators worked and the AC in our room could not keep it comfortable. Staff were unattentive and uncaring and were unresponsive to our requests. Would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

I booked this room for my 23 year old daughter who had a long overnight connection and wanted a safe place to sleep. The airport might have been better. The room smelled terrible, something you could live with. The AC didn't work, hmmmm maybe that's why it smells so musty? Tried to call the front desk for help, phone doesn't work. Went to the front desk, stood in huge line, can't switch rooms, they're completely booked. The front desk gentlemen offered his personal fan, he was amazing. Tried to take a shower, also broken. Not a $159 hotel room.
