It needs to be improved throughout the room, it smelled bad, since they accept pets there was pee on the carpet, they don't clean well that's why it smells bad, the mattresses are old you don't rest well, something stung on my body, they don't clean daily like they say, I was there 3 nights and they never cleaned, they don't have lunch, it doesn't have a pool, you have to go around asking for towels, toilet paper, I went with children they couldn't walk barefoot because of the dog urine, I had to buy deodorants to calm the bad smell, very, bad.

Some amenities unavailable such as washer/dryer shown on the website. Smelled of mildew maybe due to some flooding. Okay cleanliness, things appeared wiped and bedding clean. Slept ok beds decent.

As a former housekeeper I was appalled at the sanitation of this hotel and the front desk woman also was extremely rude. Pool looked as if it hadn't been used in years as well!
