They have a really good breakfast and lots of people eating, so the furniture could use some attention and the carpeting should probably be replaced with hard flooring that is mopable. Good Hotel - Crowded Shuttle

We booked this hotel solely for it's usage as an airport hotel. We needed to get to the airport before 6:30AM. We ended up waiting for their shuttle bus multiple times, but it was always full and didn't have room for our family of five. The pool was fun. The food in the restaurant was good, but the if you plan to use the shuttle, make sure you go extremely early.

As instructed, called hotel requesting shuttle pick up and first shuttle bus stop to pick up one person and drove off. I had to call again and waited for another shuttle bus for pick up. Shuttle driver wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem happy but we made it to the hotel and check in was easy and quick.

However, the carpets—especially in the hallways and elevators—could use an upgrade, and a fresher scent in the rooms would really improve the first impression. The room was great, clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and hot food. The only thing that was a problem was that the carpet and bench upholstery in a section of the breakfast area was filthy. In need of a good cleaning. Should have hard flooring and vinyl chair covering. Also, there were no restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise it was a very nice place.
