10/10 Exceptional

We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

Location perfect for our visit. Could use renovation but clean, good location for our visit, and helpful staff.
Marcella, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was so nice and the room was really clean. I loved the water pressure in the shower. My pressure at home stinks.
Kenneth, 1-night trip

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable
Kristina, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

Buffalo

The customer service was very good but the ac was not working properly and my room didn’t cool off until after midnight on a very long hot day!

8/10 Very good

We were a little bummed our room did not have a coffee maker, but the lobby area had a brewed pot of coffee plus a Keurig with coffee pods available 24/7. Rooms were decent and clean.

The hotel is older but is kept clean and inviting, staff was nice but no breakfast not even continental. Fresh coffee and home made cookies are great.
Aaron, 3-night trip

Nice quiet, clean facility with friendly staff. Only tiny negative was that bathroom door didnt stay closed very well. Overall, very nice hotel that's 22 minutes from Bolivar. Recommend!

I’d stay there again

We went for 51st anniversary. It was a great trip. They do not have an elevator. So if you need first floor accommodations, you need to let them know upfront. People that work there were amazing. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean.
Rebecca, 3-night trip

Had a microwave and fridge but no dishes or cutlery in the room! Staff were super friendly

2/10 Poor

Bio not truthful

Says pet friendly in their bio. 25lbs limit to dogs. Cancelled and found something else
Jeffrey, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Property needs some renovations. Pool wasn't open. Staff was nice and friendly.
Troy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast items were almost gone an hour before breakfast time was over. No one seem to monitor the supply. Really nice pool area But pool water was ice cold and hot tub not working.
Sandra, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

All of the staff were very friendly. We were welcomed early with information about local sites to see. We don't swim, but the pool looked nice. The shower was hot. Since we were gone most of the evening, we did not get a chance to check out the TV adequately. Our only suggestion was some round reflectors need to be placed to outline the entrance for old people like us who were coming in after dark. We will definitely be returning to this motel the next time we are in the area.
Gloria, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Staff was friendly, room had a fridge that worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Due to seasonal, weekly rentals (construction crews) there were no pictures on the walls, wallpaper peeling off the walls. Looked like anything that wasn't nailed down was stolen. Not sure how the room temp was regulated. There was a portable floor standing ac unit and another unit, maybe for heat??? No breakfast, continental or otherwise offered. Had to get soap, cups, from the front desk. Was told where to park to keep an eye on my vehicle. All in all a pretty sketchy place. But was clean and hotel staff worked hard.
Sheila, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The property was very outdated, dirty, and beds were uncomfortable. Many things were out of order like the secured access doors, vending and pop machines ,also the hot tub. The carpet was pullong up and rolled in areas, tacked down in others. The smell was musty, water damaged and stained ceilings and walls. The front desk lady was nice and friendly. The parking lot was very dark at night. The room was dirty and they took $20 bucks off. The price was expensive for such a rundown slum hotel. I was there for a funeral and the choices are very limited in this area.
ANGEL, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It is the only hotel in town. Hot water was plentiful. Larger fridge and small microwave. No clock. No phone. No pictures. No coffee maker. TV would not work, front desk was no help. Unpainted wall repairs, bit of upper mold in the bath and a non-ADA toilet. Totally functional room for two nights, and I only needed it to shower and sleep. Older propertybut comfy beds a x clean room and linens.

James, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The carpets were dirty part of the bathtub was dirty. Hot tub was out of order and they didn't have an ice machine. Clerk at the desk said they renovated the whole hotel the downstairs rooms looked nicer than upstairs rooms.
