Very nice and elegant hotel, our room had a beautiful balcony too. Would hope for a better hairdryer and breakfast ends way too early - 09.30! But they had lactose free natural yogurt so that was very nice. Television lacked SmartTV so no Netflix posibilities for the late night hours.

Snabb incheckning och trevligt bemötande. Stort fint fräscht rum 523 på 5:e våningen. Rent och fint badrum. Trevligt med minibar. Vacker och harmonisk inredning. Härlig miljö på hotellet. Tyvärr så dras detta ner av att rummet vetter ut mot Birger Jarlsgatan och på andra sidan ligger en nattklubb som spelade musik som dunkade in i rummet. Det var helt omöjligt att sova tills långt in på natten när de stängde. Denna klubb har dessutom öppet alla dagar. Fick viss kompensation av receptionen med senare utcheckning så vi kunde sova ikapp lite och en rabatt om jag bokar där igen. Har bott på flera hotell runtomkring och inte upplevt en sådan störande ljudnivå. Tveksam om jag kommer tillbaka och isåfall definitivt inte ett rum mot gatan. På morgonen är det stora glipor vid sidorna av de mörkläggande gardinerna så solen skiner in och det blir väldigt ljust och varmt. Ljudisolerade fönster och mörkläggningsgardiner som täcker ordentligt är kanske något att tänka på… Frukosten kändes ganska fantasilös och tråkig. Detta gör att vistelsen inte känns värd det höga priset.

Dålig hisskapacitet och personalen använde samma hissar som gästerna med städvagnar och annat arbetsmaterial som gjorde hissarna ofräscha.
