Last minute work trip date changes lead me to the NH Jousten. What a pleasant surprise! Central to a lot in Buenos Aires as well as beautiful property. My only request really would be for the addition of international channels on the TV.

This hotel is located in downtown Buenos Aires. I personally didn’t care for the downtown area, but was there for business purposes. The location is convenient and accessible - very close to Puerto Madero shops and restaurants. I found the hotel to be modern, and in very good condition. It was exactly like the pictures online, and is probably the nicest hotel in the area. The price point was very good, and the staff was super helpful and amazing! Overall I would recommend if you need a place to stay for a day or two, or want to be close to the downtown area.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. However, there are a few steps at the entrance that might be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Additionally, I had arranged with the front desk for a takeaway breakfast due to an early flight, but it seems this information wasn't communicated to the relevant staff. As a result, the breakfast was prepared last minute, causing a slight delay. Despite this, the service was very good, and I would recommend this hotel overall.
