Hard pass…

Very basic hotel, not clean. For $250 a night I expected a lot more. We did choose this hotel because during the summer it was one of the less expensive hotels and we do like to try and stay at local hotel vs chains when we can. I would definitely had rather spent the extra $100 for a cleaner and nicer hotel.

Mostly disappointing, but serviceable cheap hotel

It was fine for a budget hotel, but the room felt very musty, smelled like cigarette smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), and the sink didn’t work very well. In the future, would rather pay more to stay somewhere nicer but it was fine for a cheap, last minute booking.

1 ice machine broken, front door broken, hot tub out of service, bathroom floor coming up. The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. Hotel was booked for 4 people, the room only had towels, pillows and bedding for 2 people.

Never go here

Where do I begin there were holes in the walls, mold everywhere, broken doors, stains on the floors. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel. When we did the guy didn’t even ask what was wrong just nodded his head. The picture of the door leads to outside by the way!

Needs some work

The hotel was ok, but the room was in need of a good amout of fixing things up. The main problem was how dirty the bathroom was and the fact that the shower was disgusting and the shower base was bad, as well as wayer only came out weak so the girls could not even wash their hair.

The White Pines Inn & Suites in Holland Michigan is an easy to find, convenient, clean, comfortable place to stay. The outdoor patio is very nice and comfortable and I would like to stay longer next time I visit.

When we walked into our hotel room there were opened cans on Coke on the desk in there. The room had a strong odor. The pool smelled like a wet dog.

Fine for the price

We made a last minute, one night booking while on a trip. Everything went smoothly with check-in. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym. Free breakfast was fine for the cost. My only concern is that the AC was definitely leaking moisture into the room. The carpet was wet when we woke up. I can only think about the risk of mold and structural damage.
