Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked and managed. The only issue we had was the bathtub had a clog, so when taking a shower it filled quick. Made staff aware at check out.

We stayed for one week for a conference. Great and helpful staff. Loved the lady who runs the breakfast, and the housekeepers did a wonderful job. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean and much appreciated at the end of a long day. Great for families, as it is in a safe part of town, affordable and clean. Thank you so much, White Pines, for making our stay in Holland such a pleasant one!

Nice stay and pool and hot tub are good but the room felt dirty, it smells and there was dirt all over the floor. Carpet felt sticky. Tub needs to be replaced. We all refused to shower in it. Front desk was nice and helpful.

The White Pines Inn & Suites in Holland Michigan is an easy to find, convenient, clean, comfortable place to stay. The outdoor patio is very nice and comfortable and I would like to stay longer next time I visit.

Handicapped Access

My wife is in a wheelchair. I checked off handicapped access on the Hotels.com reservation. Clerk at desk claimed to not have that information. But ultimately found us a room with access.

Minor tweaks will make it a great stay.

We were pleased with the stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a suite and it was very spacious, but needs a 2nd air conditioner for the space. The morning breakfast needs improved, but we're not breakfast eaters anyway. The only problem was when the air conditioning quit working in our room our last night there. The staff were very apologetic and handled the situation very well. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel was old with a lot of cosmetic issues. Had a strange, musty smell-but otherwise clean. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. They are understaffed. For the price, it was just fine.

Overall nice

Booked online so check in was simple. Only staed for 1 night, so we were in and out but over all it was clean, the people at the counter were quick and kind. Only complaint was the pop machine was sold out the night we were there. However they had a few options at the office, water soda, even some snacks.
