Convenient location

Koventa Seta Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Town Riga, with everything just a short walk away. I really enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the convenience of the location. The reason I’m giving it slightly less than a full 5-star rating is due to a couple of cleanliness issues. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the sink, which seemed to be related to the sewage system. Additionally, the shower area could have been cleaner—there was some mold visible in the corners of the tiles. That said, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the minor issues, we had a wonderful overall experience and would consider staying here again.

Reserved for the AC - AC not working...No solution

During check in everything seemed okay. There was a delay in our check-in so we had to wait 10 more minutes to enter the room. The air conditioner didn't work so it was very hot. We asked reception to check it but they said they could send a technician next day, we were leaving next morning. I asked to see if there was another room they said they would check and let me know, they never got back to me, they didn't offer any solution or anything. Therefore I don't recommend staying here. Also front desk seems a bit unorganized
