The room was very clean. They had a great hot breakfast. The kids only thing was that you had to pay for parking (I didn’t notice that) $37 and there was a graduation party right outside our window. We had to pull the night shades down so they didn’t see inside the room.

Hyatt House and Hyatt Place are the best hotels for the average Joe hands down! We love everything about em! The rooms are clean, service is great, great gym, and the breakfast is the best!!! I like fresh fruits with yogurt and granola but my kids love the bacon and eggs. Thank you Hyatt Hotels and staff!

My wife and I spent a night at the hotel recently. The place is very modern looking, clean and relatively well-organized. The room was reasonably comfortable and well-laid-out. The only real gripe we had was with the desk clerk who apparently had never been trained about guest security. We came down to buy a couple of snack items and the clerk asked if we wanted to put it on the room. We said yes, and with a crowd of other guests proceeded to ask for the room number. Any of those people now had our room number. Haven't seen that in at least 10 years. Clerks are generally careful to write the room number down rather than announce it out loud. I don't blame the clerk. I blame poor training.
