Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Razoável, a televisão do quarto estava sem brilho e não dava para ver a imagem direito. Fui reclamar na recepção e o atendente mal deu atenção só disse que não podia fazer nada pq o rapaz da manutenção já tinha ido embora. Achei um absurdo. Por fim, pelo descaso nem reclamei mais e fiquei sem tv. O que foi lamentável.

Viagem a trabalho.

Ótimas instalações. Localização excelente, com várias opções de lojas ao lado do hotel e também para lanches e refeições. Pelo que verifiquei, o acesso do térreo do prédio para a recepção do hotel (que é como se fosse o térreo do hotel, mas equivale ao primeiro andar do prédio) é somente por escada. Porém é uma bela escadaria em curva e possui dois elevadores que dão acesso aos demais andares. O único inconveniente que achei foi o travesseiro, por ser bem fino. Mas pedi mais um para ficar melhor e prontamente foi disponibilizado. O café da manhã é muito bom.
