The hotel has pretty much everything you need with a lot of options in restaurants, the food and the beverages has a great variety, the hotel even have a water park. They have a great staff trained to help you and answer all your questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property itself was very family friendly. Room was nice and clean. Areas for adults and children were great. The beach needed to be more clean from seaweed. Couldn’t go in the water due to that. Only issue was the food. It had no flavor. Needed seasoning. Would have liked more cultural foods.

My two friends and I went and it was so much fun! We met so many people and had a blast! The food was really good compared to Mexico. You have to try the steakhouse! So good! The Riu parties were amazing as well! We had so much fun!

The property was okay, the staff wasn’t very helpful though, they didn’t help with my bags or to escort me to my room which made it hard for me to find, which I had to ask the janitor who was the only worker in sight to help me find it. Then I get to my room and the electricity wasn’t working only to find out that one of the cards they gave me was what turned everything on, which I wasn’t told by the receptionist. But the food was good, the pool was nice. Don’t forget to go to the Riu Party they throw at night time really good music/drinks/pool/Fun!!

Pro-Staff was friendly, pools were clean Cons- Food was pretty bad. Mexican restaurant and Steak restaurant was better but still not great. Beach was full of seaweed and the lounge chairs on the beach were broken and dirty. Rooms are very outdated and smell like mildew. Stay away from the casino. They are crooks.

I had an amazing time at this resort. Staff made sure we had a good time. The best pool was pool Blue. Cristian was our guy at the bar( pool blue) so was Pollito. I have no complaints at all.

Rooms had cracks, curtains and sheets had stains, outlets didn’t work, sinks were cracked. Staff was awesome! Food was okay. Bartenders were amazing! Patties were well organized. Still had a bunch of fun! Just needs remodeling and new things

If the rooms were a little more updated, and there were more options for liquor, I would give it 5 stars. That said, the resort itself is very well kept up, the food was great, and the service was amazing. My son left his phone by a pool for about 2 hours, and no one stole it! Everyone was so kind, the dining options were great, and the water park was clean and a total blast with zero wait . This is a party resort, but we never felt unsafe and my kiddos had a blast. Plus, we never had to wait for a drink and there is liquor on tap on your room 😂 We would definitely come back.

the hotel condition were dirty the rooms smelled. the food was as repeatedly, the stuff only paid attention if the know they were getting tip. there were not helpful not able to provide guidance and mostly arrogant.

We had to switch rooms because the first rooms AC was not working even after they came to fix it. After being in the second room for two days, we were locked out because the door key pad/entry stopped working and they had to reprogram it. On the third day, the couples that we were vacationing with was locked out of their room because their keypad/entry stopped working. The food was not that good compared to the other Riu hotels that I’ve stayed at. There are no elevators and long walks to get to your room. The place needs to be renovated. The only drinks that were good were in the sports bar. It took so long to check in. And it took even longer to get a new room. My first night there I didn’t get to sleep until midnight because I was waiting almost 2 hours to change rooms. There were no amenities on the property. Anything that you wanted to do meaning the parties, tennis, water park/slides and shopping are about 15-20 minutes walk. Our vacation went OK we made the most of it, but we will definitely not be coming back to this hotel.
