Perfect overnight stay

My stay was amazing. I was in Charleston for The Bridge Run and it was very busy but the Embassy Suites handled check in smoothly and you wouldn't have know the hotel was completely sold out. They were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING!

Beautiful, clean and convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Only real issue was lack of hot water. Taking a shower water was warm, but not hot. You freeze while showering. They don't own the parking lot, so be ready to pay $10 a day..

Construction was taking place, so the environment was loud and messy in places. It’s ridiculous that we have to pay for parking in a hotel where I’m already paying to stay. I do like the convenience of the hotel, and the breakfast was very good.

Mixed feelings

We had to move from our first room- A/C stopped working . Second room had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running but they fixed it. Had a little trouble navigating the parking system. Stayed 4 nights but never had any housekeeping. Airport shuttle was running a half hour behind.

Nearly perfect

Everything met expectations. We had an issue with our first room and was given another quickly. The only issue we had was the bottom sheet on the bed! It would not stay on the bed. Minor issue, I know. Everything else was excellent. I love Embassy hotels.

Concert stay.

Isn't the hotel it once was. The attention to detail on the room lacked ..i.e. unremoved party favors, leaking refrigerator, and dingy bed linens. Hot items on the breakfast bar were cold and hard. Young staff....who must be new to the hospitality business. So much has changed since the COVID pandemic.....top notch service will never return. :( The concert was fantastic!

Lobby cleaning lady very Rude!

Desk attendant was very welcoming and helpful.. The lobby cleaning staff was quite rude and outspoken. She was barking orders to guest (USE THE OTHER DOOR, I’M CLEANING) Very unprofessional.
