If you are visiting krabi/ao nang area this is perfect not too far from the beach it’s in walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice and modern and clean

Location was great and the property was clean. The tourist information desk was super helpful for booking trips. We didn’t get our room cleaned everyday which was disappointing and the reception staff were quite rude/unhelpful. After staying in COSI at Koh Samui, it unfortunately wasn’t the same experience.

The location and price were the main reasons we stayed here. The photos really exaggerated the site. Even though it doesn't seem very old, it's quite worn in many places. Much more of hostel vibes than hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location close to Ao Nang beach. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants. And a gym and nice swimming pool also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at COSI. The staff was fantastic and the facilities were nice. The only drawback was the mold in our bathroom and shower. The shower didn't drain and would overflow onto the floor. Overall, I would stay here again. It is closely located to Ao Nang, many tuk tuks available, shopping and bars near by. Thank you COSI

Cosi is nicely situated in a convenient area and wasy to walk to anything you need. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had an issue with the AC unit and maintenance was there and fixed it immediately. We did find the room a little noisy. You can hear everything in the hall.

Pros: good facilities, lovely front of house staff, relaxing pool area, nice comfy bed Cons: room had a weird smell, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly (hairs everywhere and mirror dirty) and got savage food poisoning from the bacon egg muffin breakfast option - be careful!!

Too much music and screens everywhere. Noise from the music outside. But appreciated the water from a fountain in the lobby and the kindness of the staff. The beds are very confortable. The rooms are clean but a lot of noise during the cleaning and often late afternoon when you want a rest.

It was a quiet place to sleep and might have been really nice when first built. Now its getting rather run down. Broken hooks and handles in the room, broken door to enter building, overall needing a deep clean. The staff was friendly and included breakfast was good. Had a very overpowering smell of cough syrup. There were also no outlets near any mirrors in the room, making it difficult to dry and style hair. Water pressure was poor as well. Needs some TLC and could be a quality place again.

I was unsure about this hotel but it turned out to be fantastic! It was a great price and very modern. Convenient to everything. Short walk up the beach, monkeys, shopping around the corner. Came with a daily credit to be used at the cafe. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. I paid 4 x the price for other hotels in Thailand and this was by far the best deal. The only downfall was the noise of music at night but even that wasn’t nearly as bad as the noise on Phi Phi Island. Do yourself a favour and bring ear plugs to Thailand so you can sleep solid. Happy travels.

The room was good value for the price. It would have been nice to have a small table and chair instead of a bean bag. I appreciated the washing line in the shower. Great that they have recycling bins, but it would be even better if they provided glass water bottles that could be returned (like some hotels have) instead of plastic. Both washing machines were not working but the out of order sign was only on one of them, so I made an unnecessary trip to reception to get change.

Very clean, very good quality place, cleaning staff very helpful and nice. Very comfy beds, good wifi. The self laundry was broken the whole time. But its more expensive to do yourself then to pay one of the nice ladys on the street to do it for you. 40baht for washer, 60baht for dryer and you gotta buy detergent. The pool coulda been cleaner couple floating bandaids typical stuff. Gym coulda had some water bottles or water dispenser. But overall a good place and would stay again for sure.
