I couldn't really hear the desk clerks behind the counter, they spoke too quiet from behind plexi-glass. The photos from the site didn't match the actual room, a lot of outdated and scuffed up furniture. I read other review before I went to sleep for my one night stay, a lot of reviews spoke of bed bugs, I don't know if they resolved the issue by the time I got there but my buddy and I inspected our beds and slept on-top of the blankets anyways. Which was fine, it wasn't an uncomfortable temperature. I also read reviews of people being charged for just using towels, so during my stay we refrained from using the towels for anything. Also when my buddy and I returned to our room around midnight after the concert we were visiting the area for, there were staff being unusually loud when passing the room. Such as slamming doors, heavy footsteps and talking louder to eachother than guests. We essentially left the room exactly how it was presented to us upon arrival. In the end it was just a bed to sleep on for the night, but I argue it was not worth the price I paid
