A very comfortable , well equipped hotel room made our three night stay in Ben Tre enjoyable. Excellent WiFi, good TV and Netflix, helpful staff, a fabulous breakfast and rooftop dining room were all appreciated and the hotel pool area was quiet and relaxing. We hired a moped and explored the area and also did a small canal tour . Although next to the local market, we found dining out options limited and on two evenings chose room service, which we enjoyed and made for a little treat after a lot of more local fare. Highly recommended for a stay in Ben Tre.

Probably the best Big hotel in The surrounding area. Rooms are big all the modern conveniences, front desk. Ladies were absolute sweethearts, but the breakfast staff were not friendly. Comfortable beds, cold swimming pool. Breakfast had a lot of decent choices also an omelet and pho bar. Great views of the river.

Location is just perfect for our needs. Staffs are attentive and very helpful. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. Hotel is nice but not five stars international standard so don’t try to compare to the Four Seasons’s 😁 if you only pay a fraction of that cost. Overall, best value for the money.

This is DEFINITELY a 5 STARS Hotel!!!! The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, & HELPFUL! The location is very good - there are many shops around and it's located next to one of the many bridges. The view from my room was EXCELLENT, waking up to the view of the river was Priceless. I will Definitely Stay at this Hotel Again next time I visit Ben Tre.

Diamond star lives up to its 5 star rating. Clean, modern, attentive staff, good English skills, excellent breakfast and wonderful views and close to the Ben Tre market. We have stayed before and they are consistent. One area of concern is pool is in same area as breakfast and the marble floors near the elevator are very slippery when wet. One strange comment by the staff to our local family (experienced travelots) staying with us at the hotel. They told them as they checked in ( not to us when we checked in) that their rooms were nonrefundable but they could check out early if they wanted? Did not come across as very welcoming and in USA this would be considered pretty biased.

This is a super nice hotel…. The room was exceptionnel… The personal is very attentive and helpful… The only problem is the Bar Lounge at the 16th floor is closed and the Restaurant Emerald on the 2nd floor is closed…. Everybody are at the restaurant Adamas at the 5th floor.. where is the pool…. And they are allowed to smoke anytime and everywhere around you while you eat… you dont feel to go to the swimming pool with everybody who’s having a drink or a coffee or a meal look at you…. But we had a wonderful time… Thank you
