Broken elevators.

Good hamburger. Parking around the corner. Both elevator unservicable so had to climb four sets of stairs to the 4th floor, with luggage. I’m fine with that, but other guests may not be.

The lounge was nice but the lift not working was extremely inconvenient when you are traveling with luggage. They offered for us to stay somewhere else but we were tied and flew internationally. The room was way smaller than imagined. Only two towels total. It was clean and location was good.

Central location near railway station and city centre. Easy walking distance to Gunwharf Quay and Southsea and also frequent buses. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are a bit tight but clean and comfortable.
