I've booked and stayed at this hotel many times the past year each month for a few nights. Each time there always seems to be a problem or issue and customer service is not a strong suit of this hotel. This most recent last stay was no different and several issues arose: (1) Despite having booked a room with a King Bed for 2 people upon check-in I was told they could only put me in a twin room. (2) Despite having booked for 2 people I was given only 1 free Drink coupon (good only for a beer at the bar worth 20 pesos ($1 USD) and 1 Breakfast coupon. I'm not really sure how that works since we a 2 on the reservation, not to mention the Drink coupon pretty much bing worthless. (3) The hotel decided to keep my 300 peso deposit over a dirty towel they felt they could not clean. I took the towel home and washed it with a little Bleach, it's as good as new. I will be submitting a formal complaint along with evidence. I've lost my patience with this hotel and will no longer be booking stays here... just not worth the nonsense despite being a loyal and repeat client.

Falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones.

A mi llegada tardaron en encontrar mi reservación, fue hasta que dije que la hice por hoteles.com cuando por fin la encontró. La habitación está algo deteriorada, le falta mantenimiento. A la hora de bañarnos fue frustrante, usan boiler de paso y NO FUNCIONA, por momentos sale el agua extremadamente caliente, intentas regularla y sale solo fría, fue muy desagradable bañarse así. Al registrarme me dieron un vale para el desayuno, me preguntaron cuantas personas eramos, les dije que dos, pero en la mañana que fuimos a desayunar me indicaron que solo era para una persona, que tenía que pagar por el otro. Fui a preguntar a recepción, me atendio otra persona, la cual me aclaró que mi reservación no incluía desayuno, que era uma cortesía del hotel pero para una sola persona, cosa que el día anterior que me registré y que me entregaron el vame NO ME LO ACLARAON, les hice la observación de que tuvieran la precaucion de aclarar esos puntos cuando reciben a los huéspedes para no caer en malos entendidos.

El desayuno muy bueno, lo recomiendo y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente estuvieron al pendiente en todo momento. El personal de recepción como que le falta un poco de servicio al cliente y sobre todo ofrecer el bufete a las personas que llegan antes del checking en lugar de decirles váyanse y regresen a las 3pm. Las habitaciones ejecutivas estan muy comodas y limpias. Si regresaremos cada vez que vayamos a Delicias.
