The hotel is in a good location. Clean and functional and I have to say Said on Reception gave me great friendly service. The only issue with this hotel is the lifts. One of the lifts was out of order and it was painful at times to go up and down with long wait times. By the look of things this hotel needs all the lifts working

Great location for subway and food…and visiting attractions. Buffet breakfast was good. Room was clean. No fridge or tea/coffee (but was in the description). I had a room with Eiffel Tower view - amazing! Bathroom is very small - a person over 6’ would struggle (needed bathroom door open to open the shower door and step out). But I would happily stay again.
