Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable—EZ underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM

Für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Es war noch nicht dramatisch, aber das Bad dürfte sauberer sein. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Es gab alles was man braucht, keine 5 Sterne aber das wusste man ja , Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber klimatisiert was richtig toll ist und Frühstück gibt es alles was es gibt. Würden wieder kommen.
