Location is great for visiting Niagra Falls. Particularly if you want a short stay reasonably priced. Receptionist was friendly. Rooms are very dated but this is clearly shown in the pictures. Has a motel vibe but was fine for what we needed - 1 night stay to travel to Niagra.

Biggest plus is affordability! Yes it’s no frills but it’s a good and affordable place to spend the night while in the Buffalo NY! I’ve stayed about 3 different times and will most likely go back when visiting Buffalo area!

The room was small but ok

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. I thought a microwave would be in the room at least, it wasn’t. I had trouble getting the remote to work, so I had to sleep with the tv on & I’m not used to that. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were good for me, not overstuffed.
