Great stay, great staff, no shuttle service had to use a Hoppa bus which was an hour wait or a taxi for 20 quid. We took the taxi, Breakfast was very well presented, very tasty, lots of options. Very friendly staff with a shout out to Amalne who is from Portugal and has worked there almost 20 years, she was amazing, sorry if I have gotten name incorrectly spelled.

When checking in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had been upgraded for free! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The shower was incredibly hot, but when we mentioned it, it was fixed instantly. We’ll definitely be returning! Everyone is very professional.

Great stay pre-flight. Only note is that the main door to the room looked to be short and the noise from the corridor (that went on to early hours - probably due to the airport convenience) was disturbing, so earplugs would come in handy.

Great hotel just a few things missed

Staff were amazing and very pleasant. Room was lovely and very spacious. The only negative points were 1: the bathroom had not been cleaned completely perfectly as I found someone's mouth guard on the floor and 2: the corridors smelled a bit musty and the carpet looked a bit tired in the corridors. Otherwise a lovely place and will definitely use this hotel again

The overall stay was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The negative with the stay was the parking. You are charged by the night and reception take the payment but the number plate recognition system doesn’t recognise your number plate when leaving so have to call through to security each time you leave.
