Ok for the price

The hotell does have free breakfast. It said online that it didnt so that was a nice surprise. The staff were fine, the room looked like it was cleaned. The building is just older and needs to be updated but thats not really anything to do with the staff. The room is small. I had my baby with me and there was hardly enough room to fit his stroller in the room without blocking the walk way around the bed. Overall it was just ok but definitely seemed better than other options in the area for the price.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Decent continental breakfast included! The hotel could definitely use some updates both major and minor so although it was clean on the surface there was a lot of rust (like on the door frames) and wear. Beds are extra firm! Even upgrading the decor might make a difference! Overall positive experience though!

While it is clear that certain upgrades have been made (TV, for one example), the curtains are so old there are holes in them and the room was situated strangely so the bed didn't face the TV for comfortable watching. On the bright side, the shower was fantastic and the staff was really pleasant and helpful :)

We arrived pretty late friday night after a long drive, they upgraded our room to a suite for no charge. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable king bed and a couch in a little living area attached to the room and separated by a double door. Definitely will stay here again.

The room was super clean. Front desk very responsive to requests. My only recommendation for maintenance: Light bulbs in fixtures next to bed were too harsh, try using warm rated bulbs instead. Otherwise, all was good.

The location was a little further from town & the beach than I expected. Not far from canoe/kayak rental, and located right on the Ausable with pretty backyard. The hot tub was out of service which was a bit of a bummer. Clean room, great breakfast. I had to make a change in our itinerary and the staff was very easy going and friendly, handling it with no problem.

Staff was very friendly, but English was not their first language.Handicap room was large and clean. Would rent again if going sightseeing. But we were their for beach experience
