Das Hotel Radisson Blue war wohl die ganz grosse und einzige Enttäuschung auf unserer letzten Reise. Ein 4* Haus das eher einer grossen Baustelle glich als einem Wellnesshotel. Alle Anlagen waren seit längerem ausser Betrieb was aber auf Hotels.com nicht kommuniziert wurde. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, das Bad jedoch klein und im ganzen nichts überwältigendes. Leider waren die guten Restaurants in der Umgebung alle ausgebucht und so mussten wir uns mit dem Hotel Restaurant begnügen. Kleine Karte, nichts besonderes und eher teuer. Generell sollte man ja Restaurants in grosses Hotels meiden, weil sie einfach nicht das halten können was der Gast in einem solchen Hotel erwartet. Parkplatz gab es auch keinen obwohl er auf der Website war und so musste der Wagen dann in einem Parkhaus ausserhalb der Unterkunft abgestellt werden. Baden Baden ist sehr schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder aber das Radisson Blue werden wir niemandem empfehlen. Grosse Preise keine Leistung

Fantastisk hotel!

Fantastisk hotel - intet mindre! Skønt hotel, rigtigt flot indretning og har flinkt personale. Værelset var fantastisk indrettet med smagfulde møbler og god plads. Beliggenheden er central og alt i byen er i gåafstand fra hotellet. Morgenmaden var fantastisk lækker og nydeligt anrettet. Alt i alt var det et fantastisk ophold på hotellet! Jeg kommer uden tvivl tilbage til hotellet.

Nicht wie gewohnt ein entspannter Aufenthalt!

Der Badebereich befindet sich in Renovation und ist geschlossen, auch sonst werden laute Arbeiten gemacht. Die Hotelbar war Montag Abend geschlossen. Sehr laute Gäste und lärmende Kinder bis 2400h. Balkon nicht sauber.

Rundum super Anlage, sehr sauber und Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Thermalbad sehr schön, einzige ärgerliche war, dass der Fitnessbereich wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen war. Sonst war alles gut.

Disappointing and poor service recovery

I stayed for 7 nights and on three occasions the room was not cleaned. I told the hotel each time and yet it happened again and again. On the first two occasions, it was not too late in the day so they could sort it out but not the third time. It was incredible that this could happen in a hotel like Radisson. No explanation was given how this could have happened not once but three times. The breakfast situation was equally abysmal. There was no proper organisation so there could be days on which standard items in the cereal section were missing. A guest even had to tell the staff there was egg on the floor which was lying there for very long and should be cleaned up. The coffee machine broke down one day. A group of 6 men smoked in the al fresco area so smoke was blowing across the tables the whole time. At no point did the staff say anything. One or two minor lapses would be one thing but almost every other day, there will be some issue. For all this, all the hotel could do was to offer to deduct city tax and a taxi ride to the train station - i.e. less than 50 euros. To date, the city tax has still not been refunded and such service recovery is really unsatisfactory.

Dejligt ophold, dog var fitness 2 pools og spa lukket renovering og den udendørs pool var 40 grader, temp. I skygge alle dage 26-29 så der var ikke tale om et kølende dyp. Morgen mad fantastisk, dog ikke tilfreds med at vi 2 dage før afgang ( vi var der i 5) ikke kunne afbestille sidste dags morgenmad, da vi ville køre tidligt. Jeg er selv i hotel branchen, og det har jeg aldrig været ude for.

Lovely hotel without usable facilities.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly reception. Unfortunately we picked the wrong day as the indoor facilities were closed including the bar. Also my wife left a new pair of trainers behind but we are finding it impossible to contact the hotel. Phone just rings out. Tried reservations first and after a 6-7 minute wait we were answered only to be told we had the wrong dept. The lady in reservations then abruptly hung up!

Thermalwasser Schwimmbad noch nicht fertig

das Hotel besitzt eine Wellness Anlage, die aber noch im Umbau ist. Man kann zwar den Außenpool benutzen, jedoch war dessen Wasser noch sehr heiß, was wohl in den nächstenTage sich bessern wird. Da die Wellnesseinrichtung das Highlight des Hotels ist, mußte ich bei der Bewertung Abstriche machen.
