Overall - it was a good stay.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Biscuits, eggs and make your own waffles. It was close to NY city, which is why we stayed. The only negative, was the elevator was broken. But guest were allowed to use the employee servive elevator.

La Quinta Inn is A-OKAY!

Not the most modern and not the greatest neighborhood (but far from the worst), it's a nice little place to stay if you want value. Room is okay. It's connected to the great Stamford diner, which was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Liquor store and Starbuck's just a block away. Not far from downtown.

It is a no frills type of hotel. This is a place just for sleep, clean, safe, dated. Great location getting in and out of the highway and only 8min drive to/from the Stanford MTA station. The area itself is a little sketchy but mainly due to the industrial feel. Don’t expect much for your stay. You get what you pay for.

Hotel was very cold temperature wise. Also, not very ADA accessible. Msin elevators did not work but service elevators did but getting to the 100 rooms still had stairs. We found food on the floor in the room. Breakfast was horrible. The flat eggs were stuck to the heating pan. Food wasn't being refilled but coffee. The pool was the best part!!!

Better than being homeless

The hotel was in process of renovation. The elevators were broken and the door card keys also did not work. The poor lady at the front desk did come up and replace the cards. The bathroom on our room looked unfinished, the toilet was pulled out from the wall and the bathroom caulk was missing. The floor was unfinished.

Terrible hotel

The hotel is dirty and they ran out of hot water for a day, couldn’t shower. The only good thing about this place is the diner and location. The rooms are also so small you have to squeeze by to get to the bathroom.
