I was in town for a conference. The price was great, the room was nice clean however there was a very large crack with water damage up in one of the corners of the ceiling. Overall I would recommend and if ever in the area I’ll stay again. Thank you to the African American front desk lady, she rocked!

The lady at the front desk is not very friendly. Check in took FOREVER. Our room had a bug running around on the bed. I’m hoping it was a spider. The other bed had fresh blood on the comforter. We went down stairs to tell reception and she said there wasn’t anyone there to clean so we had to move rooms and return her the keys. We moved rooms and she was already at our door asking for the key. There were people coming in and out from partying and smoking outside and you could hear every thing. 1:15am and 3:00am they were back. Pretty awful stay.

My stay did not happen! I made a reservation thru Hotels.com and of the two options 1) A non refundable option or 2) the $4.50 Insurance option…..I chose 2! A few hours after making the reservation I hit severe weather and was not going to make my destination……the hotel would not cancel…..Hotels.com after a couple of stupid calls said they tried and also failed to get a refund! I am filing a claim but I will NEVER stay at your hotel NOR will I ever use Hotels.com again!
