Room was clean, front desk service was great, pillow softness labelling was very helpful. Short walk to the AirTrain and shorty ride to airport. The, board of flight departure times in the lobby and was a nice touch. It’s true the neighborhood is a bit sketchy but it’s a 5-minute walk from AirTrain to the hotel door, and it’s all part of the NYC experience.
