The hotel stay was great. Only two issues. First, the coffee pot did not work. Second, one of the pillows smelled bad. I turned it into the desk for them to check. The bed was very comfortable. I will make comfort inn my highest priority the next time I need a place to stay.

Our stay was fine. But as I was checking in, I was informed that a $150 hold would be placed on my card. It was late at night and we’d been traveling all day and I didn’t have the strength to argue about it. He told me it would be taken off immediately upon check out. NINE DAYS LATER the hold is gone. Absolutely inexcusable. The hotel blames the bank. The bank blames the hotel. $150 is completely unacceptable. We were there for ONE NIGHT! Not a week. I will be avoiding Comfort Inn and telling others to as well.

Despite calling the front desk twice & being told it would be handled, there were choldren screaming in the hallway & in the next room all night long. With the paper-thin walls, it made sleep almost non-existent. We would not stay here again if you paid us!

We were traveling for nearly 30 hours. I made a mistake and booked the wrong Comfort Inn and literally realized it no more than 5 minutes later, and they would not let me cancel...no refund...nothing! That particular Comfort Inn would have taken us totally off course. Comfort Inn in Clarion, Ohio. How is it you have to pay for a service you did not receive.
