Property management is non existent. I was put waiting for almost 3 hours when I arrived because they gave me the code to a room that was already occupied and nobody was responding. It took close to 3 hours to then have them give me another room which was in a worse condition then the one I originally should have and then the battery of the pad died to enter the room and I was stuck for hours trying to enter my own room with all my stuff inside (me and my mum), we emailed, messaged the hotel directly, contacted agents, emailed the company directly and it took them 2.5 days to respond, luckily I found someone on site 5 hours later to replace the battery otherwise we would have been stuck outside for 2 and a half days. Hotel from hell I call this. It hasn’t happened to only me, I met another 3 people that had a similar experience to me that were trying to help. I came from the UK and had a horror story with this hotel
