A quiet corner room facing the city and Fløyen mountain. Decor is an odd combination of Scandi minimalist and velvety Rococo couch. Very clean and new feeling. Would be nice to have USB charging ports. Staff are friendly and helpful-ask at the front desk to book a taxi or use the selfserve kiosk in the lobby.

Nice size room with large bathroom

This was the largest room we stayed in during our Scandinavian trip. Very generous size and a huge bathroom with a bathtub. Nice breakfast as well. It would have been nice if it were just a few minutes closer to town, but still walkable.

We would recommend staying here if you are on a Hurtigruten trip as it is very close to the terminal, walking distance with a case, and the rooms are reasonably priced.

The hotel is old and needs maintenance; the photos of the bathrooms do not correspond to reality. It needs repairs, the doors do not close properly,the closing sensor of the elevator does not work well, and the dashboard is fallen and hanging. Excellent location and good breakfast.

The lobby and restaurant area were nice. The hallway and room smelled like a medical unit of a hospital - the best way I can describe this to people that don’t know is basically like a public bathroom that tried to be cleaned with cheap or watered down cleaning products. There was hair in the bathroom and on the towels that were not ours; there was pubic hair in the bed that was not ours. Overall I just felt dirty in this hotel but luckily my stay was only for one night. The area is walkable to the rest of the city. There is construction outside that started at 730am.

This hotel has 3 separate buildings; our room was in building 2 across the street from the main lobby. The room was decent in size but very poorly illuminated- depressing! The bathroom was functional but too small. On the bright side: breakfast was included and very good!

Not the worst, not the best

The hotel seems to be mainly used for large tour groups. It is separated into two sections with a road in between. I was in the second building which was not staffed. The street was noisy at night. The staff was pleasant and for being a bus drop off and pick up place the next day, it was okay.
