Convenient, Comfortable, and Friendly

Had a comfortable stay at Moet Hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the lively Provenza Lane, perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish – Google Translate made communication seamless. The only slight downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. Also, due to the close proximity to Provenza, music could be heard in the room until late at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a great experience with an amazing location and friendly service!

During my recent trip to Medellin, Colombia, I had the pleasure of staying at Moet Hotel, and my overall experience was very positive. Location: Moet Hotel is conveniently located in the bustling and trendy neighborhood of El Poblado. It’s within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the local attractions, including Lleras Park and the El Tesoro Shopping Park. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The front desk staff (Alvaro,Norelys and Erika) were courteous and professional, warmly welcoming me to the hotel. They provided a quick overview of the amenities and information about the local area. Room: The room I stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, with soft linens and pillows that ensured a good night's rest. The room also featured a large flat-screen. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, equipped with a great shower and quality toiletries. Dining: The hotel’s serves a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including fresh fruits & juices, toast, hot dishes, coffee and hot chocolate. While the hotel may not have as many amenities as some larger luxury hotels, it provides a cozy and stylish experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. The only problem with this hotel is the absence of room windows. This may be tolerated for a short stay 1 or 2 nights at most, but not for a longer stay, according to me. I would like anyway to thank Mr. Juan Carlos and his staff for their warm assistance

This was a small boutique hotel in the middle of everything you need. The service was great and everyone was extremely friendly. All the top bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk away in the heart of Medellin but far enough you could sleep comfortably.

Excellent location and very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Reasonable breakfast included. Unfortunately some problems with locking the door, but staff took care of it that no one could enter our room when we were not in. The room we had was right beside the lobby en facing the street, which was especially due to lobby sounds very noisy and annoying. We certainly would book in this hotel again if we get the garanty they would provide us another room.

Nice little hotel next to bars and restaurants

The rooms are small but comfortable, but the hotel can be loud and needs better soundproofing. If you are traveling by yourself or with family for vacation for fun then the hotel is perfect. I would not recommend if you need to take conference calls from your room as it sounds like you are sitting in the middle of the street.
