This hidden gem was perfect to explore the Dells. It was right in the middle of town. This family owned hotel was quiet and clean. Also, had great coupons for all of the attractions around. Definitely would recommend and stay in the future!

Nice place to stay

The room had recently been redone. It was clean and had everything you would need. It is an older hotel but very comfortable to stay at. Motel staff was very friendly and i enjoyed our conversation. There is a good size pool that was nice and clean. I will def go back for the experience and the conversation

Love the delightful woman in the office

Absolutely the sweetest woman in the office weve ever met this was a last second decision on the way home from iowa and the price was great location is amazing rooms are nice and clean and the staff is great i Absolutely love the ladt in the office she's so delightful and extremely helpful so much so that were comin back to stay there instead of mt Olympus or the Kalhari like we usually do. Thank you so much see you soon

Sweet little motel

The motel room was very nice and clean. I would recommend this motel to others to check it out. The cabin just outside my room was really cool too look at. Also found a sweet little plaque behind the cabin with a great saying on it.

Wasn't my best stay I didn't have better the host was very rude and disrespectful after I told her the blankets on the bed was dirty and my son had to sleep on the the sheet without no cover because they was dirty and I know it was dirty I got pictures of it as well other than that my great was my stay was other than that stay was okay

The customer service was great. The pool on the property was well kept. The room we were provided was clean. For a motel that has been in the Dells for as long as they have, they do a good job with accommodations and making sure you have what you need such as towels and a clean environment.

Motel is run by a very nice older lady. She was very pleasant and helpful. The motel was quite dated but was mantained. That being said there were ants in our room. It had been rainy for a few days before and seems like they migrated inside. Room did not have a coffee maker and I needed to level the refridgerator to allow the door to stay closed.

Great Service And Fast ! Was Able To Book In Minutes After Canceling A Prior Booking For Same Day. Has A Pool & A Game Room. Our Room Was Perfect & Had Everything We Needed For The Stay. It's Even Walking Distance To Many Attractions Around Which Is Definitely A Plus. We Was Able To Grill Outdoors Using Our Own Tables, Chairs Was Even Able To Listen To Music Using Bluetooth To Our Speaker !! We've stayed all over the Dells in the fancy water parks to other smaller hotels/motels and this one has been my favorite to date! I'm a VERY light sleeper and generally have a tough time sleeping when we travel but this place was QUITE! The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. It is an older place with it quirks but it's clean and didn't smell. They had daily room cleaning (hard to come by after COVID) and a microwave and fridge. The owner was very sweet to my 2 younger boys. There is also a small game room and outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed after our running around. I'll be staying again!

It was old and outdated, way over priced for rooms that looked like you were in the 80's. I guess I understand why they are non refundable and gave me problems because once you get there you definitely want your money back, they're so pressed for money they had the nerve to sell ice. Lovely stay/Building Not!

I’m struggling with how to write up this review. The motel is under renovations so as we pulled into the parking lot, it looked very rundown and there were construction supplies leaning up against the building here and there. The office for check in was cluttered. The nice lady doing check in couldn’t figure out how to use the cc machine and also wasn’t able to charge one night to me and one night to my sister so we had to reimburse the other on our own which was fine. Our room had been newly renovated so the inside was very clean. We could still small fresh paint but it wasn’t a strong smell. We had two comfy chairs and an ottoman which was a nice surprise, plenty of counter space, the refrigerator worked, the beds were clean and new. They were firm with a little give. The bathroom was clean. This motel supplied ample towels and 2 bars of soap along with some drinking cups. That’s it for toiletries fyi. The window in our room had two latches on it but only one actually locked. The entry door only had one lock that worked and that was the lock on the door handle. The deadbolt did not work so we slid a chair in front of the door at bedtime. We didn’t have any issues. The motel is located in a good spot. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. We would stay here again. For the price, it was a pleasant stay. The construction workers did not work on the weekend and were done during the week by bedtime. Most of our issues were cosmetic which seems to be a work in progress.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but it is warranted in this case. This was, hands down, the worst stay I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I can tolerate old & outdated, but not the stink. The musty, mildewy odor permeated everything-carpet, bedding, & everything we brought with us, so when we got home everything that could be laundered had to be. Our bags are still outside to air out. The bathroom facilities had been updated & looked decent, but there was a sewer gas smell that occasionally occurred. It was so bad during the night we had to open the window. We considered loading up & leaving right then, but I didn’t want to wake the kids & I wanted to talk to the property owner about it. Pretty sure she knew, because when we checked in, the window was open & a/c & fridge were unplugged even tho it was a hot muggy day. We should have known, because there was a sign behind the check-in desk that stated no refunds after check-in, so I’m guessing they’ve had that request often. We did actually look for somewhere else to stay but availability in the Dells in summer without prior reservations are difficult to come by. The one redeeming quality was the outdoor pool, which was decent & we used a lot because nobody wanted to be in the room because of the smell.
