Absolutely stunning area, and we had a cabana room that was fantastic. Pool area nice, restaurant good, we used the paddleboards and enjoyed that. The only things i would say is that these are new rooms, but literally no bathroom space, shower is small, and no where to set your bathroom stuff, that being said, i would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The front desk staff, especially Monique and Victoria, were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious, our waitress, Rebecca, made each meal feel extra special. The amenities were top-notch, and Markel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Yoga with Lacey Devin was such a treat, her class felt warm and truly comfortable, a perfect way to unwind. Our room was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. Our only regret was not being able to kayak due to the weather, but that just gives us another reason to come back. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Celebrating a birthday

I would like to say, overall my wife and I enjoyed our visit! We were celebrating her 60th birthday! However, there were a few things that we were dissatisfied with: Your website displays a beautiful beach with beautiful blue beach chairs to lay out and enjoy the beach views, but when we went to the beach, the beach was uninhabitable. There were alot of seaweed and green algae, and it looked too filthy to go in. Also, the pool is too small for a resort that cost so much. Website needs to be updated with current conditions.

Spacious updated rooms- love the outdoor patio. Bathroom tiny. Staff attentive and friendly. Sargassum was disgusting- gross smell, no access to beach. They should definitely plow an area to enter water- they cleared a launch area for kayaks. Lunch was ok. Woman manager of property unfriendly and unapproachable- she made zero contact with guests.

The islander resort makes you feel welcome and pampered. There are two beautiful pools and plenty of beachside seating with a gorgeously perfect ocean view. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway.

Islander Resort is the perfect spot to relax and disconnect. It’s peaceful, beautifully decorated, and has a cozy vibe throughout. The service is great, and the rooms are charming. I loved the on-site restaurants and the included amenities like kayaking and paddleboarding. A true escape from the city!
