All good except wifi was not working, even after being reset and there was an unpleasant smell from the room toilet. Toilet seat had some yellow marks as well. Beds were clean and comfortable, room apart from the toilet was very clean, although I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating system.

I stayed at this hotel three nights. The employees were great. They all seemed to focus on the customer. The one thing future guests should be aware of is the breakfast. They advertise a complimentary breakfast which really is misleading. When you enter the breakfast hall you’re given a plate with two slices of cucumbers, one slice of a tomato, two slices of cheese and three black bag green olives. There’s white bread, hard boiled egg, tea and a sugary OJ. That’s it. Breakfast begins at 730 am and if you’re lucky enough you can get the limited scrambled eggs that are devoured prior to your arrival. The room was warm which was nice. Tea was available throughout the day. WiFi was non-existent and the rooms are tiny with hard uncomfortable mattresses. The price was reasonable considering you’re two blocks from one of the most beautiful mosques. I also loved staying so close to the mosque to hear their beautiful call to prayers. I would rate this hotel a 6/10. There are many other options on the area I later found out about that offered a much better living arrangement with WiFi and for less the cost. I know for the next time.

Felaket kötü bir otel

Haziranın ortasında klimalar çalışmıyordu. Olayı çözemedikleri için oda değiştirmemize rağmen, bu seferde klimayı sadece açıp kapatmak mümkündü ama derecesini ayarlamak mümkün olmadı. Yataklar taş gibi. Odanın perdeleri camları kapatmayacak boydaydı, eksik kısım için başka bir şeyleri sıkıştırmak zorunda kaldım güneş gelmesin diye. kahvaltı dedikleri şey on tane önceden streçlenip hazırlanmış kahvaltı tabagi ve içerik çok kötü. Kahvaltı yerinin ortasında saçma sapan bir havuz var. İçerisi de su dolu değil, süs havuzu desen süs değil yüzme havuzu desen yüzme değil. Yakındaki bir otoparkla anlaşmışlar ama saat Öğleden sonra 14:00 ile ertesi gün öğlen 12:00 arasında. İki veya daha fazla gün kalmak istersen her gün 12-14 arası Arabayı çıkarıp geri sokmanız lazım dediler, aşırı komik. İki gün parası vermemize rağmen bir gece kaldıktan sonra koşarak kaçtık

konum güzel tramwaya yakın, otel yeni ve konforlu oda da balkon bile vardı, wifi iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor, kahvaltı basit ama yeterli, genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Zimmer sind sauber und in einigermaßen gutem Zustand gewesen. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sehr viel Kalkrückstände an den Badarmaturen. Bei uns viel Abends der Schlüsselschalter für den Strom im Zimmer aus , somit mussten wir um 23 uhr noch einen Zimmerwechsel durchführen. Bei unseren Kinder tropfte Kondenswasser auf das Bett meiner Tochter, somit war es vorbei mit der Nachtruhe. Der versprochene kostenlose Parkplatz musste am Ende des Aufenthaltes dann doch bezahlt werden obwohl in der Anzeige steht das dieser kostenlos zu verfügung gestellt wird. Die Betten waren sehr hart , aber sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich und nicht gerade appetitlich. Für uns kommt ein nochmaliger Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht mehr in Frage.

Alt kısmı düğün salonu saat 23’e kadar gürültü var. Odada balkon yok. Konumu merkeze yakınlığı açısından çok iyi. Karşılama çok iyi. Ancak otel yönetimi profesyonel hareket etmeli. Odalarda hiç bir bilgilendirici klavuz yok. Örneğin desk no.su, kahvaltı saatleri, nerede.. ben müşteri olarak bu bilgileri kimseye sormadan bilmeliyim, klima kullanımı konusunda bilgi (perdenin arkasında duvarda görünmeyen yerde bir bilgilendirme var ama görmek imkansız klima kumandasının yanında olması daha uygun değilmi) , kahvaltı yetersiz,kısıtlı, bazı yiyecekler günlük değil. Her şey para değil müşteri memnuniyeti de Dikkate alınmalı.

Otel odasına girince sizi bastırılmış bir sigara kokusu karşılıyor. Yatağa yastıklara bile sinmişti. Onun haricinde güzeldi. Tek temizlik sıkıntısı oydu. Kahvaltı idare eder normal düzeyde. Genel olarak orta seviye. Ulaşım olarakta birçok yere yakın yürüme mesafesinde.

Otel merkezde sayılır.Her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Örnek olarak YHT tren garı 15 dk. Otelde hiçbir sorun ile karşılaşmadım.Otel temizlik olarak gayet başarılı.Herşey güzeldi. Resepsiyon ekibi muhteşem. Her türlü yardımcı oluyorlar. Gece saat 03.00 te önerdikleri çorbacı harikaydı. Teşekkürler..

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde, her yere yürüyerek gitme mesafesinde,alışanlar çok ilgili, otelin görünümü hoş, odaları geniş rahat, yataklar rahat, kahvaltısı orta derecede. Kahvaltıyı tabak yerine açık büfe yaparlarsa ve odaya su ısıtıcı koyarlarsa kusursuz bir otel olur. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Odalar geniş ve temiz görünüyordu. Rahat ettik. Kahvaltıyı olarak yetersizdi, klasik kahvaltılıklardan oluşan tabakları streçleyip koymuşlar. Ekstra olarak iki çeşit yumurta, Nesquik/süt, bir sürahide meyve suyu ile çay/kahve vardı. Biz tercih etmedik, dışarıdan yedik. Otopark olarak da civardaki bir otopark ile anlaşmışlar, öyle olmasa ciddi park sorunu yaşardık. Otele 100 metrelik bir yürüme mesafesindeydi. İlk gece biraz soğuktu ama yorganlarla idare ettik. Ertesi sabah kış sistemine geçileceği için klimaların ayarlanacağını söylediler ve dedikleri gibi de ikinci gün klimalar çalıştı, oda ısındı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Bir daha tercih edilebilir.
