The staff was pleasant. However the hotel and our room had a distinct odor and our room was humid and the floors and furniture were damp. We had to leave our hotel about two hours after check in because it was not up to standard. We contacted your customer service for a full refund. We booked another hotel under my husbands hotels.com account and encourage someone to please reach out for an update.

The hotel all around is very clean.There is a nice indoor pool but unfortunately it's not warm. Breakfast is nice. All staff workers are nice and accommodating, as well as housekeeping. Im know I'm in a 2 bedroom suite, but my rate was supposed to be cheaper today being the home football game is over now, but the rate didnt change much at all. Other than that, everything is pretty nice.

This Property is literally local by the hospital..The area was extremely quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room itself was nice and cozy. With a seating area, king size bed and kitchen with the amenities. The best part my kids loved was the indoor pool nice and clean very relaxing. The patio nice setup with a BBQ Pit..
