Friendly and Helpful Staff!

Good stay. Clean room and pet friendly. I also want to say thank you to the front desk attendant that was working the evening I checked in (2/23/25). I believe her name was Kristen. She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue in the hotel parking lot with the U-Haul trailer I was towing. As a solo female traveler, her kindness and willingness to help was very much appreciated! Thank you again!

Request refund of charges

We arrived at the location, there was no where to park on the site. We walked in to the desk, asked about parking, she said we got the last room and said she couldn't help us with parking. We told her we would not be staying there due to safety issues and no parking. She told us three times we were welcome to cancel the reservation and she would refund us. We left, it was 11 pm. We went to another hotel, booked a room on our own, paid, headed to our room when my husband got the call from them that she was not able to refund and we would be charged. Again, we did not stay there at all and are still being charged through you. This is itinerary number 73079567116448. This property if very nice. The room seemed to have been recently remodeled with new furnishings, walls and flooring. Remodeling of the lobby and amenities was ongoing. The king size bed was ultra comfortable. Climate control was easy. They had a tasty breakfast buffet with hot eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy. Plus juices and cold items. Strongly recommended for overnight or longer stay.
