Decepcionante. No parece servicio Sheraton

En una palabra, decepcionante. Mi habitación según ellos, a pesar de estar pagada, estaba sujeta a disponibilidad. No había donde poner mi maleta, no me dejaron toallas, no tenía minibar, no limpiaron mi habitación al día siguiente, muchísimo ruido. Estaban limpiando la habitación del frente a las 10 pm haciendo ruido y hablando duro las tres personas que limpiaban. No tuve agua caliente, solo tibia etc… no parecía estar en un sheraton

Fint om enn noe slitt hotell sentralt i Santo Domingo. Høyt prisnivå på mat som ikke helt stod i stil med opplevelsen. Flott bassengområde. Mye støy/musikk bakenfor resepsjonen, som gjorde at det nesten var umulig å prate når vi spiste middag.

Overpriced Old hotel

Rooms are super old, staff at poolbar is super unfriendly, and there is no service. Ordered a cocktail from the Menu, drink was ok well to overpriced. Anyway I was willing to pay the amount that was on the Menu, but they charged me even more then the normal 28% tax for a cocktail. After discussing with them and talking to the supervisor that the bill was imcorrect. He came up with 10 excuses. The most funny one was that I ordered a cocktail with alcohol this would be more expensive. I showed him the menu and asked him if he is serving a cocktail with alc free rum… Breakfast should start at 6 am. I came at 6:15 and a lot of things where still not there. I moved to another Hotel, which was way better for a less price

The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts was really good and had many options. The lunch and dinner restaurant was ok. Pool bar was great with good food. Emiliano was wonderful. Housekeeping ( Maria) was great. The view of our room was fair. Everyone was very friendly.
