Traveled with 2 other couples to visit Niagara Falls for the first time. We had such a great time. There are tons of amenities at and nearby the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The view was stunning. Everyone, from front desk to housekeeping was so friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Lovely hotel with great views of Niagara Falls, both American and Canadian sides. If you go ask for a falls view room, top floors for the most incredible viewing. My only criticism is self parking was $45 per day and I don't recall anyone telling me about this fee. Other option was valet, have no idea what that cost is.

Wonderful hotel but...

View of hotels was amazing. But when I check in, the guest service agent was not professional. We booked 2 night 3days and including 2 breakfast. The service agent didn't checked our breakfast, so nextday morning we have to pay our meal. We had to figure out what was wrong, it consumed our time. Please train the receptionists.

Check in was smooth. Staff everywhere were so helpful and friendly. Common areas were very clean. Our room was very clean, spacious with nice view of the falls. Brunch was good with lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay - easy check in / out, room was safe, clean and comfortable. The downside: limited options for a coffee, tea, beer or meal after 9pm...which if you're flying in from somewhere means you could easily be without a place to grab a bite mid-evening. Great location, right in front of the American Falls.
