Lovely stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. The only problem we had was we used the parking service for the garage opposite and even though we paid, we got a fine, as we should have had a parking permit from the hotel, which the hotel didn't even know about. So don't use apcoa when you park up there. Otherwise the location is beautiful right near the canal and the food was really good in the restaurant.

Very nice hotell and good service. There’s not a specific parking place that belongs to the hotel, if you have a car you need to park it in the P-hus and it’s around 20kr/h unless you find a place in the street that is cheaper. The room was clean and comfy but there’s not a water kettle for coffee or tea.

Bra hotellrum och bra sängar, men dagar som dessa när det är varmt så uppskattar jag inte att golvvärmen i badrummet inte går att stänga av eller att det inte var möjligt att duscha kallt. Vattentemperaturen var begränsad till ljummet som lägst.

Veldig hard pute i forhold til mitt ønske. Fikk rom i kjelleren med gateutsikt, sov med vinduene åpne på grunn av varme og dårlig luft. Våknet flere ganger av folk som snakket i telefonen, pluss at det sto folk rett utenfor vinduet som sto åpent og tittet inn på oss som sov. Sov dårlig på grunn av opplevelsen angående dette. Frokosten kunne det fint vært fylt på oftere. Mye folk og kanskje ikke helt forberedt personalet.
