Room is large, but other than that, this hotel would not deserve more than 3 stars. Bathroom and Room were not properly clean. On day I found a bug on my room. Windows were poor, and a lot of noise was coming from outside. Shower drain was very poor Hot water was beardly warm. TV set is more than 10 years old. No info from the stuff about hotel facilities.

The location of this hotel could not be more suitable. So many restaurants and shopping close by, many are walkable which is not always the case in Kuala Lumpur. Is 45 to 1.5 hour from airport depending on traffic. Rooms are much nicer than price would indicate. Great value.

Hotel is hard to find, not signed very well and lobby is on the 2nd floor of the building. Staff at check in did not tell us everything, we had to figure it out. Pool is on the 3rd floor (which is designated for Muslims) which made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Check in staff was okay but not helpful and hard to understand, but other staff were friendly. Beds in the rooms are rock hard and uncomfortable.

Crazy to have the reception on first floor. the big restaurant on ground floor was boring and not interesting. The small cafe/bar on 12th floor was great, loved the food,- and not to forget the incredible view.But way to loud music. Don´t book a taxi at the reception,- far too expensive. Nice room, big and very clean. Even though we stayed at 18th floor there still was noice from the street during the night.
