Hotel needs a remodel(OLD).Door looked like someone tried to pry it open. Room was not very clean, there were cobwebs in all four corners of the room and in the bath room. I was very disappointed with the stay over all.

Run down & outdated

Hotel was dirty and falling apart. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Front desk staff didn't bother to let us know in advance and as a family of 5 we had a lot of baggage. Ice maker was broken. The carpet in our room was covered with stains and I found a toenail. The bed was okay, but the pillows were very lumpy. Shower was hot but not much pressure. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Hallways smelled like they were fabreezed to cover something. We would not stay here again.

Deceiving from what is online

Cold water in the pool. I had to request new bathroom towels upon arrival towels were dirty. No elevators had to carry luggage up two floors to reach our room. Breakfast was free but could have had a better selection. Musty smell in the hallway s from the carpet. Close to mall and shopping and restaurants. Nice for the price but we also filled a form about the outlet for charging ports where broken had to go by a charging brick for phone. Microwave was from the 70’s bed was comfy air worked it was 100 outside. I would say over all three stars rating. One night stay yes but not for more than that. We will not be returning to this hotel.
