The building is quite old and shows it. While the rooms and common areas are kept clean the carpeting throughout and condition of the walls and ceilings show their age. I was given a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was everywhere in the hotel. The employees were great and very helpful.

This was part of a trip for a staff member of mine. They wouldn't use the card on file for the deposit when she checked in and needed my card again, bed had bed bugs, and she had to check out at 1 am as the room was so bad.

THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. I WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET ANOTHER PILLOW AND BLANKET WAS TOLD WHAT IS ON THE BED IS ALL THEY HAD. Smelled so bad. Moldy & mildew. Toilet paper in the peep hold of the door. Blood &/or poop on the toilet. Went to lay down on the bed and the pillows smelled bad. Opened the case and BLOOD!!! That is UNHEALTHY!! Informed the staff and they said "oh sorry" and smiled.
