Chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the city center and the option of parking in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were warm and cozy. The allowed me to leave the car in parking after my check-out and we enjoyed the xmas markets until we had to leave for the airport.

The hotel is nice and convenient. However the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. THe pillowcase smelt like another person on my first night and I had to ask for clean linen. The mouthwash bottle was half used. Housekeeping entered the room twice before checkout time. A good and affordable hotel but it needs to lift its service.

Great location; walking distance to the train station and UBahn but with the location close to the main station results in a lot of groups of men hanging around like most big German cities.
