There was never any hot water. I took a lot of cold showers the 5 nights that I stayed. I think I got warm water twice out of the 10 times that I showered.

A place to rest in the heart of Guadalajara

The hotel is an older building, clean, close to everything within walking distance. While there we experienced elevator issues and there was no more room in the parking garage so they sent us to a nearby place, which we had to pay for ourselves, I feel they should have paid since the description says free parking. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great! Except for the brown water that came out of the hot water in the sink in the bathroom through our entire stay. Unless you used the cold water then it wasn't so brown. Never used the water there for any washing, or rinsing at all which was very inconvenient. No ice or water machine in the entire hotel. And seemed like an inconvenience for the restaurant within the hotel to give you some! Great facility though and views, and restaurant. Would not stay again though! One Guadalajara is way better and right up the street from Fenix.

Bites from invisible mosquitos!

Place was comfortable, although we were getting beaten by something and more then likely it was bedbugs! The place was calm at night and the atmosphere was friendly, especially the activity staff very involved with the guests the entertainment was pleasant. The platform is not allowing me to upload fotos!
