Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't trust that they were clean. Unit also smelled musty, though the central AC worked fine.
My initial text to Dyer Mgmt went through about the bugs, and they reassured me that they never had issues before and asked me to send pictures. I sent more texts and pictures about the other issues for the next 2 days and didn't hear back from anyone. I finally called on Mon (day 3) and they said they hadn't received any of my texts (I couldn't confirm delivery because iMessages didn't work for the number they provided). They apologized and said they would get back to me after reviewing everything but never did.
I would avoid this property and this management company. There are plenty of other places in the area that are better maintained and more responsive mgmt.
