Hotel is nice but dated. Had some frustrations related to construction and work in rooms close by. We were advised at check in of ongoing works and expected some noise after 8am, however works started earlier which was frustrating.

Expensive, but it’s the Fairmont
We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a stain on the carpet, and it smelled a little musty in the room. You could feel that it had been elegant back in its day. We did not use the pool or gym or restaurant.

Beautiful Hotel in Downtown Winnipeg
The hotel is a lovely property. The bathroom sink and tub faucets were very difficult to get set at a comfortable temperature, but otherwise everything was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful.

No what I was expecting!
Construction all around, no secure parking, not easy to get to, hotel advertised pool and hot tub there was no hot tub, very expensive food, paid a lot of money and no breakfast, room was very basic, microwave and fridge were an extra charge. Lots of houseless people around.
Bed was nice, but will not stay there again

Excellent Staff Gold Star
The hotel is undergoing major renovations. The restaurant closed at 10pm. These were negative things. However, the staff at the hotel are beyond amazing! Absolutely awesome! They go above and beyond and make up for the physical condition of the hotel. Despite the scaffolding and drilling that started at 8am each morning, I'd stay there again because of the staff. Excellent!
