The staff was amazaing, Hector at the front desk was helpful and very friendly as was Oskar! The lady(didn't catch her name) in charge of the breakfast both mornings did a fantastic job keeping everything stocked and clean. The hotel was sold out because of a concert in the area and they were great at keeping up with the needs of the property. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat as it was 95 degrees while I was in the area.

It was fine for a quick one night stay during a road trip because of the very limited options in the area. But it was very run down and overall kind of dirty. No food options close by. Gas station was convenient next door. Limited parking for larger vehicles (U-Haul & trailer) but made it work. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was not worth it but it’s there if needed.

Avoid if you can, dirty and unaccommodating.

This was an absolute disaster. The room smelled of mold, was not clean and the shower/bathroom area were dirty and in disrepair. I asked for a different room and the desk clerk did allow us to look at another room. It was in nearly the same condition. We asked for a credit and we were declined. The manager/owner was unresponsive to inquires for support by Hotels.com. I has looked at a number of the review and was shocked at the conditions when we arrived. I’m a value minded person and do not look for perfection. I have had a lot of luck over the years using Hotels.com and this experience was poor at best. No remedy or support to rectify the issues.

The check-in was easy. Room was ready to go when we arrived but was subpar at best. The bathroom is very rundown; mold on the ceiling, holes in the towels, and the bathtub was questionable, turned out to be rust, but very off putting when you don’t know what it is. The bed was not bad surprisingly! You definitely get what you pay for, but for over $100 a night, this place was not worth it. We will not be back.
