We love this place, the indoor pool, room service and the staff are all great. We go here as often as we can because my husband loves the horse races at Santa Anita and this place to so close. Everyone there is so friendly we meet a lot of people displaced by the fires and they were also friendly and thank full.

Madeline greeted me when I checked in. It was all smiles. She quickly got me my room keys, which got me to my room right away. All the staff, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, and I commend you for having them on your staff.

The pool is worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We were a little disappointed when we arrived because the room we were supposed to get was a king suite but they said the one we were assigned had a horrible smell and they couldn’t give it to us and supposedly it was the last one so we got 2 queens. Which was not very comfortable so it was a bit upsetting. But the pool was so worth the stay so that’s why it is still 5 ⭐️ all the other amenities made up for it. We will definitely stay again in the future but hopefully in a king! 😅
