Trip was to get medical treatment at Mayo Clinic. Hotel is very conveniently located and has good shuttle service. The extended stay room left a lot to be desired (eg, no heat thermostat, microwave didn’t work, appliances were old).

We have stayed here many times in the last 5 years, in both the main hotel and their converted apartments across the street. This is a well-oiled operation with helpful staff. It is not the newest hotel in town, but it is the one we prefer. A bonus is the Twigs restaurant attached to the hotel.

The restaurant is why people stay here; the rooms and the rest are in poor shape and in steady decline for the past three years. The bathroom didn't work in my room. Pretty disgusting. It should do better as many are visitors to Mayo. Needs to improve or close.

Was there an outpatient of Mayo. The staff is compassionate and kind. The shuttle service runs all day all the time. Honestly, the shuttle was such a god send and if it weren’t for how frequently they ran I would’ve been in trouble. I think Daryl the driver is an asset. As well as the daytime front desk staff.

I love to stay here when i have doctors appointments at Mayo Clinic. The shuttles are, in my opinion, the best. I waited no longer than 15 minutes for a shuttle through out my stay. Twigs is amazing too and the breakfast is always perfect.
